MGN-3
MGN-3, is a breakthrough in the field of immune defense and assisting the body's immune system to achieve ultimate defensive productivity. It is a patented extract from the outer shell of rice bran which integrates enzymes from three medicinal mushrooms, resulting in a 300% increase in the proliferation of Natural Killer Cells, the body's first line defense. B-Cell & T-Cell activity is also increased by 250% and 200% respectively, giving the immune system a fighting chance to attain the ultimate protection. To date there are some 7 published human studies. - A study with 24 patients showed that MGN-3 effected NK cell activity 27 times (2,700%) more than patients not taking the MGN-3 . (Int. J. - In 27 cancer patients (7 breast, 7 prostate, 9 multiple myeloma, 3 leukemia, 2 cervical), increase in NK activity over a two week period showed as follows: breast 134% to 332%, prostate 174% to 385%, multiple myeloma 100% to 537%, leukemia 100 to 240%, and cervical 100% to 275%. - A study involving 5 breast cancer patients using 3 grams per day of MGN-3 orally for 6 to 9 months showed increases in Nk, activity of between 26% and 425%. - During the progression of AIDS, NK call activity drops. In vitro research showed MGN-3's antiviral effects and inhibited HIV replication without cytotoxicity in a dose dependent manner. What are the major advantages in the use of MGN-3? A. The advantages to MGN-3 are many. One is that it is a natural product, as I mentioned earlier. It has no immutable side effects. Liver and kidney function are examined and blood tests are done prior to the patients taking the product and then several months after beginning treatment, and there have been no changed in the blood enzyme levels. So we know this is a very safe product. This cannot be said about most medications designed to boost the immune system, like Interferon or Interieukin 2 for example, which have severe side effects ranging from nausea and vomiting to kidney failure. There have been many patients who have died from the kidney failure, not the cancer. So you can see that the side effects of Cytokines like these are enormous, and these are the ones which have been designed to boost the immune system.
